        In order to implement the guiding principles of the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of A Model City for Intellectual Property of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the Notice on Issuing the Series of Documents on Accelerating Scientific and Technological Innovation and the Construction of Advanced Economic Structure of Beijing Committee of the CPC and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality and the Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Intellectual Property Service Industry in Beijing (2018-2020), implement the important spirit of speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping during his two visits to Beijing, effectively promote the internationalization level of intellectual property service industry in Beijing, attract international intellectual property service institutions with excellent service quality and capability to operate in Beijing, we now extensively solicit the demands from international intellectual property service institutions to set up branches or offices in Beijing. We will provide policy advisory, settlement matching and other public services on a continuous basis.
