In order to encourage foreign investors to establish and develop R&D centers in Beijing, ensure the healthy development of foreign-funded R&D centers, and build the Science and Technology Innovation Center and International Communication Center of Beijing, the General Office of the Beijing Municipal People's Government has issued the “Regulations of Supporting the Establishment and Development of Foreign-funded R&D Centers in Beijing”.
